| Description: | The eCommerce Production Assistant is responsible for production support of roughly 20-30 daily email marketing messages. The Production Assistant will use Silverpop, ExactTarget or another comparable Email Service Provider tool to assemble email communications, use basic to intermediate HTML skills to troubleshoot issues that arise in the assembly and delivery process, facilitate testing and deployment of these email marketing messages, and proactively participate in quality assurance. Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Owning all aspects of the Quickbase application, which is the program used to manage the email calendar. Working with product managers and the ecommerce department to set up multi-step email campaigns. Handling routine email opt-out requests to ensure CANSPAM compliance. Creating or updating existing email marketing lists. The eCommerce Production Assistant reports to the EMail Manager in the eCommerce department who in turn reports to the Director of eCommerce. |
| Requirements: | Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field with two (2) years of related Work experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Intermediate HTML skills. Strong working knowledge of MS Office Applications. Strong attention to details and exceptional organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple requests each day in a fast-paced environment.
